Simple, good quality LBD
I am 117lbs, 5"4. I found the dress run a little large, as the SMALL that I ordered is a little loose around the waist. So if you are looking for a very fitted look then perhaps order down. The dress is actually made of a very heavy material, it is much weightier than I had imagined.
