Pretty but not for me

Beautiful and unique!
I am usually between a Small or Medium in Lulus dresses. The small was very tight in the hips, so I sized up to the medium, which was a little loose around the waist and bust, but gave me more movement overall. Loved this dress - was perfect for a spring wedding I attended. Got so many compliments and people asked where I got it. To me was a great value - fully lined, and the fabric felt nice. Received ripped dress
I received the dress today but one of the seems is ripped. Others questioned the quality of the dress but I purchased it anyway. Wish I would have listened. I have ordered several dresses from Lulus and never experienced a quality issue until now.
