Perfect
This skirt is adorable. I paired it with a colorful peplum top and it looked perfect! Would be great to dress down with a t-shirt or dress up with any flowy top. The high low aspect of the skirt is very subtle. The fabric is thick - almost neoprene like. Was very happy with it! I'm 5'2", 112 lbs and got the small.
