Dress was fine. Customer service was horrible.
I ordered this dress for a wedding but it didn't fit properly. I tried it on for less than 5 minutes in my house and immediately put it back into the plastic bag it came in. They refused my return because of "hair and fibers". I would not recommend buying anything from Lulu's unless you know for a fact you will keep it. The decision on the return also took over 10 days. Runs small in the bust

Perfect dress!
Really love this dress, fit perfectly and was easy to dance in. The adjustable straps were really nice to have. It's high enough to wear a strapless bra and with how simple it is you can change the whole look with accessories! I went with gold shoes (from Lulus) and gold jewelry and it made for a perfect look for a black tie optional wedding. I will be ordering again in a different color!
