Too Tight

Wasn't for me
I was hoping to wear this for my graduation party, but it just wasn't for me. It was pretty low cut and the tie seemed too bulky. It was also a little shorter than I would be comfortable with. The sleeves look a little big/puffy on my smaller frame, but still very cute and I'm keeping it.
