The Best.
I love this dress. It's cotton which I didn't realize before buying which makes it look a bit more casual than it is. It's amazing on, it's not too puffy with the pleats but it flows out just enough to give your waist a lot of attention. The cut out is adorable and add a bit of edge on an otherwise very girly dress. Cute Little Red Dress
I bought this dress on a whim because it was on a steal. I am saying steal, because it was only $9! After looking at the reviews, I decided to order the medium, since that is the size I normally wear. I am 5'8" and wear a 34C bra. It fit me perfectly! It looks really cute on! The fabric has a bit of stretch and it is cotton - which can make it a bit more casual looking, but it is supportive enough so you won't need to wear a bra. The cut-out... Not My Favorite...Final Sale
This dress isn't flattering on a smaller frame. The top fits perfectly but the bottom is too loose and does not fit properly to the body. It makes your hips look larger than they should. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Revealing
The cutout was a bit larger than I expected which made it difficult to wear any type of bra. And, without a bra, it would be way to revealing. I am still trying to figure out how to wear it, because it is really cute. It is a bit larger than expected, based on the measurements. I would say it runs about a 1/2 size large, not a whole size larger.
