Favorite dress!

Its perfect and flirty
I wore this for a July 4th dinner and it was perfect. The material is soft and not hot. The dress is well made and lined. It is short, however, did pass the fingertip test. I am 5'7 and in hourglass shape. Very flattering. As for the chest area, as long as I sat up straight and didn't slouch there was no problem with anything gaping open.
