Unsure how to rate
This dress had SO much potential. The waist was super big and the cups were tiny. So it didn't fit my chest but I swam in it at the waist. If you are small busted it would be super cute but I'd suggest going down a size so it fits at the waist. The skirt portion was a lot heavier material than I thought. Not lightweight. Cheap seeming material
