    Awesome

    Bought for a Billy Strings/Zach Bryan show for my birthday at an outdoor stadium. Was super cute and flowy and handled the sweat well.

    Lulus has terrible customer service

    I've been a loyal Lulus customer for over five years, but after my recent experience, I won't be shopping here anymore. I returned an item I had only tried on briefly with tags still attached and was shocked to be accused of causing a stain. Despite the fact that there's no definitive way to prove when or how the stain happened, they refused to issue a refund, even as a courtesy.
