This skirt is perfect for small-waisted people especially if you're willing to let it sit a tiny bit lower. It's flowy and beautiful.

So I bought this in a XL, and depending on what I'm buying and from where I'm anywhere from a large to XXlarge. I wanted this to be lose and flowy so I went with an XL. I'm also all legs, literally all legs, no torso. Half my friends love this skirt and the other half say I look too conservative. Great quality
This skirt will need ironing upon arrival but once you do it is gorgeous. It is thick and lined and looks great with a crop top. Because of the thicker material, it is a bit heavy which can weigh it down a bit, but overall excellent quality. I purchased the white and the coral.
