Too many alterations needed
I'm 5'6" 125lbs and usually I wear a S or M. This dress is very, very pretty, but for a girl with hips and a short torso it just does not at all sit flattering on the body. The S I ordered fit okay up top but then bottom portion of the dress cut me off too high up on my waist. If I got a M it would help with that issue, but then the top would be too loose/too big (wish it had adjustable straps). Also, it comes in super poofy so if you have hips... Pretty, boho, and relaxed
To start off I'm about 5'5 and a half and weigh about 160 pounds. From bust to hips, I'm 35-29-38 inches. The dress is exactly as it appears in the pictures, and like other reviews say, the dress is very wrinkly and there are a lot of loose strings but I like that as it gives off a very relaxed and bohemian vibe. Love it but kind of dangerous!
I am 5'8" and bought a small, when I received it I was kinda effy and didn't know whether I should return it or not. So fortunately a last minute invite to a wedding came up and this was the only dress in my closet I hadn't put on yet. So I took a chance and wore it! Best decision ever. Beautiful! But....
I ordered the small (i'm 115 lbs and 5'1) the dress is stunning. However there are a few issues. The straps could be a little tighter, if they were adjustable it would of made more sense because it would of fit different sizes. So that's a issue that would cost extra to alter it. 2nd the straps are very thin! Elegant and sexy
I'm 5'2, 130 lbs and usually a S/M, I ordered the S thinking it might be slightly too tight however it did run a bit big especially in the top half as the straps slide off pretty easily, so I would definitely recommend sizing down; the dress is so beautiful nonetheless!! Love this dress!
I love this dress! It's stunningly beautiful. The only complaint I have is how long the straps are. I had to make them a lot tighter or else the dress would fall off my front. I ordered a small and I fits everywhere else. I'm also 5'3" so it's a bit long but I expected that when ordering. I can wear eels and it's fine though! - Product Rating: 2 of 5 stars
Body Tape and Wrinkles
I'm 5'10, 140 pounds, 34B bust and ordered a size small (fit perfect). This dress is very beautiful and I received a lot of compliments on it, however I would not wear it again. The straps are very thin and only hook around your shoulders, when I was dancing the whole bust of my dress would fall off and expose my chest. Not my favorite....
I have the snowy meadow version of this dress which is double the price, but I really liked the berry color so I ordered this one hoping I would love it just as much. There is a HUGE quality difference between the two. Wow. This dress feels very cheapy to me, I don't like the fabric at all. It also fits different than the snowy meadow dress.
