Pretty, but Feels Cheaply Made
The dress is gorgeous, dont get me wrong. But when it arrived, the stiching was coming undone around the crotched bust, and along the hem at the bottom of the dress. Now, this dress is supposed to be a little frayed, but if I accidentally pull on one of those strings it carries ALL the way around the dress. Disappointed :(
I saw this dress and really loved it so i ordered a size medium. I am 5'6" and 150 pounds. I have a thin stomach but i have hips and a butt. This dress accentuated my curves so badly i felt enormous. This fabric was also very thick and heavy which may have added to it. I wanted to love it because the back was so sexy, but i am not a big girl so I did not want my hips to pop more than they already do. The dress was also incredibly wrinkled... Beautiful
Not, majorly pear shaped. Just bigger on the bottom than on the top. I feel like the dress will look absolutely gorgeous on anyone. The only thing bad about it is how the straps will fall if you're trying to get down at a dance, all you need is some ribbon or clear elastic and it will be fine. Poorly Finished
I was intending to wear this to my prom however having received the dress I am not sure whether this will be possible. I had been really looking forward to it arriving but was disappointed as I found the hem unfinished and fraying as well as not being an even length all they way round. To make the dress wearable it will have to be altered which is disappointing as I really liked it on the website.
