Beautiful dress
I'm 5'7 34 D 140 pounds. Pros- I love the fact that it's made out of jersey and fits like a glove. The color is a nice greyish blue which is perfect for spring. Cons- I ordered this dress expecting the shiny sash and sadly it wasn't included so I give this 4-5 for that reason. Didn't Like It
I'm 5'8 and 130 pounds and I ordered a small and it didn't fit at all. The top was kind of big a bulky and the dress was really short. The fabric is cottony and cheap looking. Such a bummer because the dress looked really pretty and high-end online, but it is FOR SURE has more of a casual feel. Cute, but picture is slightly misleading.
Loved it. BUT several major cons that I'd like to point out. The straps are a tiny bit on the loose/long side, so they keep sliding off if I'm not careful. Also, the dress is not entirely true to picture. First, like the other reviewer said, it is more of a cheap jersey material - it's thick though so it was okay for me. Nice color, as other reviews said it was more of a t-shirt material. It was a nice length but a scandalous on the side for a more busty girl. I am 125 and 5'5' and ordered a size small and that was the right size. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
The model wears it better
I am 4'11 and 94 lbs and wear an A cup size. I purchased this dress in an XS. I do agree with the other commenters that the picture is misleading. The material is not what I expected and I also thought the dress would be more formal looking. The material is a bit heavy, but it is really comfortable. Also don't you fret! Doesn't look like the picture
This dress does not look like the picture at all. They advertise it as a nicer, formal dress, but its made out of a jersey material and it doesn't have the shine that is shown in the picture.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Lauren! hated the material
It doesn't like the picture. The material of this dress is heavy, stretchy, and pale. I'm 5'1 110 pounds and 34C. I didn't like how the dress looked without a bra. Everything perfect, but no shiny belt!
I purchased this dress to wear to a wedding in Hawaii. I was on the fence about purchasing this dress because it was too simple, but the "shiny" belt and back straps led me to check out with this item. When I received it, I was disappointed to find out that the belts/straps were not at all shiny, but just all jersey material like the rest of the dress. I don't usually return items from Lulus, but this one will be going back :/
