    So Pretty!

    I always get compliments when I wear this dress. The only thing is that the sleeves are slightly too big and fall down easily.

    Shipping Nightmare!

    The dresses are great but the shipping experience was the worst ever! DHL did not send me any notice that they had my package or a tracking number. Thankfully LuLus sent me a tracking number. Once my parcel arrived in my city, DHL put my delivery on hold because duties were owing. Except once again, they did not inform me of this!! Then I went online to their help line to find out how much was owing and how to pay. Got the information and tried... Read More

Thankfully I was able to pay by telephone. Then DHL delivered my package TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!! I had to go out and find the delivery notice card, because the house they delivered to did not answer when they tried to deliver. At that point the only way to get my package was to change the delivery location to a store because there is no way to contact them to tell them they went to the wrong address. POOR, POOR, POOR! Lulus should consider providing delivery alternatives for international shipping. - Lynn K.
