of course it looks better on the model
I've bought several dresses from Lulu's so far, and knowing that they run large, and being small myself, I made sure to order XS, but this one still ran large. I hope to try to shrink it in the wash. I also don't understand how to make use of the side zipper. A back zipper would've made more sense, along with a more snug waist and sleeves.
