If you'v got hips, the inner liner won't fit
I usually wear a size 6 pant and ordered a M dress, It's double lined but the inner liner fit really tightly on the thighs. If you've got hips & thighs I would size up. The top fit really snug as well and I'm a 36C. I ultimately wasn't a fan of the cutouts so I returned it, but it's got potential if this kind of dress is your style.Response from Lulus.com:
