Perfect summer dress

Just ehhh

Cute and summery
I bought this dress for a brunch to celebrate my birthday. I got lots of compliments and felt super cute. I did have to remove a weird stitching in the chest area that made it sit funny with the twist on the front but once I did, it sat perfectly on my chest. I love that the straps are adjustable as well as the tie back.
