HORRIFYING
I never received my order. The package was delivered w other items from the same order but the dress wasn't inside. I sent them all of the details (order #/screenshots/description of the package/issue). The response was to ask for all of that same info. She also asked if the package was "tampered with"-if it was wouldn't I have mentioned it? I even said the bag was intact so clearly it was an issue on the warehouse end in my original email....
