Cute but a little short
I usually wear a size 2-4 and bought a size X-Small and it fits comfortably. My only concern is that if the wind blows the right way there's nothing preventing the dress from flying up! It's a little on the shorter side so in order to feel comfortable I plan on wearing it with a pair of boy-shorts. Very pretty white dress

Classy with a twist
I'm a 5'3" and not particularly chesty but I found this dress to be PERFECT for my sorority events. Very classy but has a nice twist with the V. Would recommend to anyone.
