Tight around the ankles
Unfortunately for me, these boots were way too tight around the ankle area. Otherwise, they're beautiful but just won't work for me.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Gina! The worst
I bought a few items from Lulus recently and these were hands down the worst (potentially my least favorite purchase in my life). These look like clown shoes- I wear a 7, so I never have an issue with how shoes look on me. These are a hard NO.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Emily! Great looking shoe but bad design
Top portion of the shoe above the ankle is very stiff and hard. It rubs the skin causing skin irritation and bleeding in both legs (outer side of each leg). Otherwise great looking shoe, size wise fits great, and besides the ankle part, it is a comfortable shoe on the foot/toes. I got lots of compliments on these shoes. They were comfortable enough for boots. I walked in Las Vegas with them on and wore them for multiple hours at a time.

Perfect Fall Shoe

Cute
My booties arrived with a slight nick in the design of the back of the heel, it appears like the "wood" look of the heel is printed on. They do have a slight cheap faux wood look to them, which is why I gave 4 stars. Regardless, Lulus rectified the issue of the defective pair for me. They run a bit narrow, but I stuck with my normal shoe size. Overall, a great addition to my closet and will go perfect with many outfits.

Obsessed
I've purchased three pairs of these: white, black and camel. I have a wide foot and walk a lot. These are so comfortable and cute. Hope they never take them off the site.
