    Way too small

    I bought a size up and they won't zip. I have never had this problem before.

    Cute!

    Very cute!!

    Honestly, the boots are very cute; the feel seems nice and durable, though what other comments have shared appears true where the initial try-on proved the ankle area rather stiff. I think breaking-into/using would help with its bend-ability and more flexibility. Other than that, cute and nice!

    Ouch ouch ouch

    I couldn't even wear these to drive never mind the pain of walking. Here they are on my passenger seat so I could drive home. It's like they need some platform in the toe area or something. The front arch is ridiculously painful. Very bad design and I'm not talking about width. Oddly that was fine. It's the shape of the shoe, no breaking these in without breaking my knees!

    Cute!

    These boots are super cute and good quality! They were slightly taller than I was expecting, but doable! The snake print is super cute. And true to size!

    Beautiful!

    These are beautiful shoes! They were a taller heel than I was expecting originally, but that's fine with me. They're so cute.

    Love these!

    I ordered these and the black leather boots in a 9 and I'm usually a 9 in everything. I had to size up to a 10 in both and they fit great. Highly recommend these boots to anyone.

    BUY IT

    If you needed your sign to buy it, this is it! Super cute and very versatile. The top was 1.5-2 inches above my ankles. I will say it's a tight squeeze into the shoe and I feel that these boots fit best on people with skinnier legs. I love the height!

    Can't wear

    They run small. I bought them for my upcoming holiday party. Normally I don't have any issues with shoes from Lulus. I'm sad that I can't return them or exchange them. I would definitely be ok with an exchange or store credit.

    Poor quality

    The fabric and zipper were falling apart. Lulus said this is final sale but I really should be getting a refund for it.
