Wrong size
I followed the size guide and ordered a women's size 8 and the shoes I got were so tiny it was comical. I'd guess them to be a size 6 at best. And of course, they aren't eligible for a return. Love them but can't wear
The shoes fit great, I loved the "quilted" look and straps - so adorable! I took a picture of the heel and it's 4 1/2", not 4" so it makes it that much higher and my previously dislocated ankle can't take that height. No returns so I'm out of luck.

Never received
My package was delivered to the wrong address and the person who received them never returned them to the postal service to be given to me.
