It's a dress. I wasn't a fan of the appliqués. The padding inside came scrunched up, so it makes my boobs look weird. Other people like it on me.

Too long
It was too long and loose. Doesn't fit welll.

Terrible fit for women with bust
The cups on this thing are basically flat. I exchanged it for a medium and it still looks terrible. I don't think this would flatter anybody with anything bigger than B cup chest.

A little large
Runs a little large in the chest area if you don't have larger chest. But very cute!

Cute dress
Followed other reviews and sized up; was a good choice. If I had gone with my normal size, it would've been too tight in the chest. As is, it's just slightly loose in the waist, but comfortable. Color is great too!
