The high neck is perfect with the ruche bodice, length is short but not too short.

Great for day or evening
This is a great go-to dress; I wore it out for an evening birthday dinner but would be perfect for any day event. Very forgiving fit.

Love the style of this dress!
This dress is so darn cute. It's thin and light. It kind of creeps up, but I am going to wear tights underneath, so it doesn't matter. I wish they had more colors.
