Not for short girlies....
I ordered a M and it fit my hips great! The problem was the top; my torso wasn't long enough for the top of the dress, and the cups didn't line up with my chest. Rehearsal Dinner Dress
This dress is perfect for a summer wedding! I'm wearing it for the rehearsal dinner for a wedding I'm in in June and it's beautiful! The colors are vibrant in person and are very flattering! A little tight around the bust, so size up if you have a larger bust!
