Never received the item
I purchased this at the beginning of Aug 2023, it is now the end of Aug and I have not received anything. I already called customer service and they said they would open an investigation that would take 3 weeks! Why 3 weeks? The shipping status has stayed in "created label" for an entire month and there is still no word of where my package is. I wanted these for a trip at the end of the month and that won't be happening.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Ana! We are so sorry to hear that you did not receive this package. It looks like you already spoke with customer service and they were able to start an investigation and issue you a full refund. We do again apologize that this happened! Love these overalls
These overalls are super cute and comfortable. I really wanted the stripped but so glad I ended up ordering these. For sure, I will be a repeat customer.
