almost works
I am 5'1, 34C 117lbs and ordered a small. The neck strap could have been altered just a little for a snugger fit. I ended up not liking where the cut hit and felt the waist looked awkward with or without a small belt. I ended up returning it. The color and fabric were nice. I think it would work on someone just a little bit taller.
