Bad return policy
I typically love Lulus and have bought a ton of dresses from them but recently had to return a few dresses. This one was too big and I planned to exchange it but they decided to give me credit vs an actual return. I'd shop somewhere like Revolve or Princess Polly. They have a 30-60 day return policy and much better customer service to resolve issues.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Annelise! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Gorgeous dress, classy and sexy
This dress is absolutely gorgeous. It fit like it was made for me, except for the length, but Lulu's dresses are always long, so I knew that going into my purchase. At 5'5 wearing 3" heels it was still on the floor, maybe two inches of fabric worth. Despite the length, this dress is made to make you look fabulous. So Many Compliments!
I was complimented ALL NIGHT in this dress! It hugged in all the right places, and I loved it so much. The ONLY thing I would wish is that the cups were a little deeper. I'm a 38G (I chose 38DDD because G wasn't available in the drop down), and I was definitely filling out every bit of the cups. They're kind of shallow, but it wasn't super uncomfortable.
