Bad return policy
I typically love Lulus and have bought a ton of dresses from them but recently had to return a few dresses. This one was too big and I planned to exchange it but they decided to give me credit vs an actual return. I'd shop somewhere like Revolve or Princess Polly. They have a 30-60 day return policy and much better customer service to resolve issues.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Annelise! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. THE dress
I am obsessed. the "skirt" is lightweight but also so full. the sleeves are the perfect length. the slit is a moment but not too high. the cleavage is *tasteful*. I need to get it hemmed even with my highest heels but it's worth it because I can definitely see myself wearing this dress to every event. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Love it!!!
I purchased this dress to wear to a formal evening wedding last weekend, and I absolutely loved it! I received so many compliments on the dress. I would say this dress runs true to size, however I am curvier at my hips and butt, so I had to size up to an XL and get the dress altered. So Many Compliments!
I was complimented ALL NIGHT in this dress! It hugged in all the right places, and I loved it so much. The ONLY thing I would wish is that the cups were a little deeper. I'm a 38G (I chose 38DDD because G wasn't available in the drop down), and I was definitely filling out every bit of the cups. They're kind of shallow, but it wasn't super uncomfortable.
