Great customer service
My order was lost after shipment. And the LuLus team identified the shipping problem and immediately replaced the item and shipped it to me very quickly. I worked with several of their team members and was very impressed. The product I ordered (boots) are terrific. But the customer service is even better. Thanks for all the help! - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Runs A little tight
Very cute balls for the fall! Runs a little tight in the foot area. I had a difficult time getting them on and removing them off my feet. I plan to return my usual size 6 and purchase a 6.5 or 7 shoe size! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Great boot, I've been in the search for some good black boots. They are perfect, the block heel is my favorite. I run between 9-9.5 depending on how the shoe is made, I have very skinny feet and the 9 is perfect. They are comfortable and score high up there with my Vince Camuto and Sam Edelman boots! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

They are truly amazing boots! I was skeptical but decided to take the plunge and I wasn't disappointed. I do however feel like they run small - I will be exchanging for a larger size.
