A little stiff
This shirt is a little stiff. It's cute, I could do without but I also wear it sometimes! Adorable
Love the color, love the look, love the ruffles. Looks great with high-waisted shorts/pants. If you don't have a large chest, I would suggest to size down. I got an XS and usually am an S and it fit perfectly.
