The worst return policy
I purchased this as a Christmas gift and unknowingly found out that Lulu's has a horrible, limited Christmas return window. I will NEVER buy from them again. This sweater is perfect. the material is very soft and warm and the off the shoulder design is great. super soft and cozy. looks great with all kinds of jeans. this will be perfect for fall. my usual x-small fits perfectly. love the unique looking color too. it's not as beige looking as i thought it would be and is more of a yellow color and i like it even better in person. it's different and fun
