Perfect, even for short girls!
I'm typically a true size 7, and these fit perfectly! I'm 5'2" and they don't rise too high up my thigh like I was worried about. They seem to stay up too. Love them!

Thigh highs that fit me???
Love these. I ordered a half size up and they fit perfectly. I have very muscular thighs and these were stretchy enough to go up and stay up.

It's a bit longer than what I had in mind but they're still really cute. I'm normally an 8 but after reading the reviews about going up a size I got a 8.5 and they fit perfectly.
