Sexy elegant dress!

Underrated! Love it.
This dress is really gorgeous and has a great, flattering fit. I didn't need a bra for it, but you could easily wear one that plunged low enough in the front. The dress is exactly as pictured. You might want Spanx if you carry weight in your tummy/hips, but the velvet is also thick enough and the dress is heavy enough to really lay well. Highly recommend. I think the sizing is probably somewhat forgiving since it's a stretchy material.

Alterations needed
I love this dress. A long red velvet dress is what I envisioned for our Christmas party. I am very busty and there was no way of hiding my bra or entire chest without alterations. I had to have both the shoulders taken up 2 inches and the chest piece taken in and up over an inch. I did try it on without a bra which is not something I would typically ever do, and it was actually far more comfortable. The seamstress was confident it would feel fine...
