Love but short

Chic Royal Blue Dress
This dress is just so pretty and chic to wear. The Royal Blue color just "pops" and the small ruffle at the bottom of the dress gives it a little sass! The dress material hugs your body so be aware that it could show any imperfection you think you may have. The halter on the dress gives your upper body a smart look.
