    Good shoe

    Overall this is a great neutral shoe for work. I will tell you the heel of the plastic was not smooth so the plastic was getting caught on my clothes and caused some damage. I had to sand the edges of it.

    Disappointed

    I have purchased these shoes for the past few years. I love them and always get compliments when I wear them. Unfortunately, this last time I ordered them; they are not the same. They are no longer comfortable; they fit a bit small, and they squeak when I walk!! This is maybe my 4th pair. I truly love them, but I am extremely disappointed this time. I don't think I will be ordering them ever again.
