Delays and problems
My purchase took 45 days to be delivered and when I was finally able to try it on, I wanted to return it same day (didn't love the colour). I got an error that my time period for return expired which was because of the shipping delays. I contacted customer service and they said they went in and extended my return period as a courtesy but I tried to return it again, same errors. Terrible system and support. I want my money back.
