Perfect dress for dinner date

Way too small

Sadness
I love the dress but it runs very small. I ordered a medium and and there is no way it will sip once I hit my breasts, there is NO give on this material. I would likely need a L or XL. My husband threw away the packaging so now I can't even return it. I love the color and the way it fits up until my boobs. Did not fit right

Why can't this just be slightly longer?
The dress would be perfect if it could just be slightly longer. I do not think it looks classy wearing this around town when it falls just below my butt. I'm 47 and in good shape.
