Similar to one ply toilet paper
The horrible quality looks nothing like the picture in real life. Sparkles are all same ugly pink color. This dress fit my daughter perfectly and the adjustable straps were great for making her feel comfortable. The length was perfect for her, not too short.

Not great for big girls
It's not a great dress for big girls. It either makes you look fat or makes you look like a square. It is probably really pretty on smaller girls though.
