Comfortable, stretchy, velvet material. I'm usually a true XL but it was unfortunately too large on me. The top slid down consistently; which led to unflattering bunching, and the zipper would not lay even remotely flat and stuck out a good 2-3 inches from my back no matter how I attempted to reposition it. Beautiful dress!
I loved this dress! Wore it to a fall wedding and got so many compliments! The chest is very tight. I am B in bra size and normally wear small in lulus dresses but the corset was so tight I could barely close it. This ended up being helpful for dancing and pictures since it didn't slide down but by the end of the night was a bit uncomfortable. Return Policy is foolish
I ordered this dress, it's VELVET and the material clings, duh. I have a cat and of course there is cat hair in my house. I returned this dress because it ran big with an intention of buying another style. Customer service refused to refund my money because of a tiny bit of cat hair on the return product claiming it was "not eligible for resale" which is completely bogus. Wedding guest zipper disaster
Lulus is my go-to place for all dresses. This is one of my first poor experiences with a Lulus product. The dress is gorgeous and got lots of compliments. I tried the dress on before wearing it to a wedding with no issues but the day of the zipper kept splitting. I had to get sewn into the dress in order to wear it since I had no backup dress with me. Straight bodice
