    OUCH

I was most excited for these out of all the shoes I ordered. I was very disappointed when these came and my usual size was not a match. My heel hung grossly over the edge and the band has no flexibility for movement AT ALL. They hurt to walk in and even just a few steps in the house was enough for the band to give the top of my feet abrasions.

    What is going on

I've ordered from Lulus many many times. I ordered this pair of shoes for a wedding but unfortunately, I had to return them because the quality was so poor. The seams on the bottom of the shoes were coming undone before I even put them on.
Response from Lulus.com: Hello Clarisse! Thanks so much for sharing your review! We are so sorry to hear that the mules arrived in this condition! This is not a typical experience at all and we will be reaching out to you via email shortly! Thanks again for sharing a review and you will be hearing from us soon. xo
