Too big around the shoulder

Unintentionally Reversible

Size down
I ordered an xs, based on reviews saying it runs large, and it fits perfectly. It's still a little loose, how a sweater dress typically fits, so I'm sure, if I ordered true to size, it would've been too baggy and unflattering
