Works with high waisted pants or skirt

Don't Wait!
I waited to order for this top for some time, unsure if it was busty girl friendly. I'm happy to report it IS! The fabric has a little bit of stretch and the cut is very flattering. Super cute top! I didn't realize it's cropped/super short in the torso. Wish it was normal length.
