Runs small

Beautiful dress but the top is weird
The material and dress is beautiful, but the top was off for me. It would have to be altered, tucked/pinched at the shoulders, to fit, but then it would be too short. I'm only 5'1, so it's short to begin with, which is why I liked it and one of the reasons I ordered it, based on other reviews. I'm not sure if the top would fit better or worse on others that are heavy on top. I'm only a 38B-C. Maybe it would fit perfectly on someone with a longer... Read More
