Oof a miss
I LOVE almost every skirt I have ever ordered from lulus. This one is the exception. I cannot stand how short and thick this is. It's just not like the other wool ones I have bought. I tried it on and it's so chunky it's like a half an inch to an inch thick at the waist band and then it's so short you cannot cover your butt. And I have a small butt! So cute but just poorly made. Tiny!
I'm usually a true medium in bottoms, sometimes bordering on large in juniors brands but I could barely get this past my butt lol. Sooo cute!
Bought a medium in the skirt & small in the matching jacket and obsessed with both! Jacket is perfect, nice oversized but not too big! The skirt runs smaller but I wouldn't change the size. Does not have any stretch. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Super cute

Size down
If you are a true size 4 or size 4 that sometimes is a size 6 definitely size down and get a small!! I bought a medium and it's loose/fits awkward. The material is crazy thick, it's as thick as a heavy shacket which I think is making the fit feel so awkward. If you are on the shorter size you'll frumpy if you don't size down.
