    Poor product

    The heel broke after two times of wearing them. Lulus customer service was very responsive and handled the issue promptly. Cute shoes. Got so many compliments, but don't waste your money

    Beautiful but PLEASE order a size down

    Hola soy de Mexico y me llegaron las botas. Son hermosas pero me quedan muy grandes. Me hubiera encantado volverlas a comprar en mi talla y ya están agotadas. Espero el restock!

    New favorite boots!

    I'm usually a 7.5 in boots, but the size 7 worked great. They're very roomie and comfortable

    Terrible quality

    The heel broke off and I didn't even get a chance to wear them. They are very pretty but I did not order faulty shoes.

    Lovely boots, poor manufacturing

    The boots are just as described, but they did fall apart after one wear. Maybe I got a bad batch as all I did was walk for one hour

    So cute but fell apart after the first wear

    These are so cute and comfy I was so excited when they came in the mail last week. I wore them to my desk job for the first time today and they literally fell apart. Both heel blocks have started to lift off both boots!

    Heel fell off

    On the first day, the heel part fell off the shoe and they were way too big.

    Very cute but pretty uncomfortable

    Love the look and even makes me a lot taller! But definitely not ideal for walking around town...hurt my feet. Otherwise cute looking.

    Boot heel broke

    Unfortunately, the heel broke only after an hour of wearing it. Not sure if I got a defective one or if all the boots are like this. The boots are so gorgeous and fit true to size. Customer service was excellent and they refunded me right away. I'm disappointed that they broke so fast so I didn't bother purchasing a new pair out of the fear it might happen again.

    Maybe rethink these boots

    The boots looked beautiful when they came in, but I didn't realize until I put them on that the bottom heel was peeling off the boot! However, I couldn't exchange them as I had packed them for the honeymoon. The boots are also super uncomfortable, and I could barely walk more than an hour in them. That comes from someone who works in heels everyday, running up and down stairs
