Nice in photo but not on

Too loose in the bust and too short in the front
I'm usually between a medium and a small with Lulus, and I decided to play it safe with the strapless and get a small. This dress was still too loose around the ribs/bust, and the front of the dress was so short it looks terrible. I'm disappointed I wanted so much to love this dress, the fabric is gorgeous and the hi-lo concept is so fun.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Melda, thanks for your review! Beautiful
I loved it! Quality is amazing it is so thick and stays flowy like in the picture. I'm about 190 pounds with a larger chest and I used the sizing guide and got an XL. A lil tight on my back but I have. Wide back, other than that it was PERFECT.
