Top part of dress doesn't sit right

Shoulder strap unraveled

Pretty but don't recommend
This dress was beautiful and fit great, but the strap broke in the middle of my work gala letting my chest fall out.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Brittani! Cute!
The dress is super flattering! The baby blue showed up exactly like the pictures showed. Cowl neck was a little low, due to size being a little bit on the bigger side comparing to the measurements.
