Top part of dress doesn't sit right

Not made well
I was so excited about this dress, but the strap broke 1 hour into wearing it! I am really disappointed, as I have found Lulus to be quality items. This one was not. And because I ordered it far in advance of my event, I can no longer return it. I am really disappointed in that part, as well. Beautiful dress
The material is great. Super flattering dress, loved the laces in the back so I can make it fit as I please.
