Fell apart during the first hour of use.

Very cute but didn't last.
This bag was super cute and was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the chain broke within an hour of use. Love it, BUT
I loved this clutch as soon as I saw it. I ordered it, but I am very disappointed that it arrived with the handle broken. It's such a hassle to have to return for an exchange (especially not knowing if they'll have a replacement available). I would advise that the Lulus team checks their merchandise before shipping to customers, as it is not fair to pay full price for something that arrives broken.Response from Lulus.com: Hey Louise. Cute but..
