    Poorly Made

    My heel broke off at my sister's rehearsal dinner about 20 minutes in. Just walking!

    Broke the first night I wore them.

    The heel snapped off the first night I wore them. I have purchased several items from Lulus including shoes before and this hasn't happened to any of the items before. The shoes were very comfortable and fit perfectly, yet I was very disappointed by the heel quality. I would like a new pair of the same shoe, please.
